If you've ever participated in a water activity, chances are you've gotten wet. We don't all live in a tropical paradise and sometimes you want to put something warm on when you get off the water.
That sweatshirt/top absorbs all the water from your wet board shorts or wetsuit and you're left with a mess.
SOLUTION
Throw a dip sweatshirt right over your wet bottoms or wetsuit. The reverse waterproof design keeps the outside of the sweatshirt from getting wet and keeps you comfortable.

This is a new take on water resistant materials and garment assembly. This invention will prevent liquid from permeating from the inside to the outside of a garment. The main use for this invention is for a garment to be worn over existing wet garments and skin. The beauty of this invention is that since the internal barrier prevents liquid transfer through it, the outer layer of the garment can be composed of water absorbent material, if so desired, and remain dry.
