RECONDITIONING TESTING DEVICE

I took on the challenge of creating a way to evaluate helmets after use to ensure continued safety and functionality without destroying the helmet.  A 34 point testing device to search and locate internal broken filaments was what I made. Using a custom retrofitted sensitive force measurement device cross-referenced to the desired force response, broken internal filaments can be detected without dismantling the helmet.
